Absolute crap shoes!
Bought a pair of Scholls from my podiatrist with view that would help support my arch due plantar fiscal. Problem. Did not wear them everyday as had orthotics made to fit and advised not to. After 4 months was walking in the wet and noticed my feet were getting wet. Thought it was just a case of them not being waterproof. When I finally got to my destination my feet were sodden. Took them off and noticed 2 inch splits to soles on both where they had worn down. Complained to podiatrist who got in touch with Scholls whose reply was 'as over 4 months old they would not replace them Offered to give 20% off another pair! Why would I want to buy another pair of these crap substandard shoes?
Avoid like the plague! Quality is absolutely dismal!
Wish I could give zero stars
Wish I could give zero stars. Avoid at all costs. I returned two pairs of sandals as they didn’t fit. I followed the instructions given by returns and my package was refused and sent back to me unopened. I have emailed customer care and had a response in Italian….. which I can’t understand. I have so far spent £140 in the sandals and the P&P to return a parcel that was rejected by the address I was given. I am so disappointed….. but will persevere in getting my refund

I am waiting 12 weeks later for an order that still hasn’t been delivered and no date.
My order was for over £300 and all I’m being told is to have patience. My tracking info clearly states it hasn’t been delivered and no one is helping… I have tried to escalate and no one is helping. If I could review as 0 stars I would!
Awful customer service and they have my money and not provided my goods.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered from what I thought was a reputable company, not a company based in Italy! Shoes didn’t fit, then started a complicated returns process, eventually sent them back, to then find out my refund was minus £12 return fee!! Absolute rip off! Won’t be ordering from them again!

WORST Customer Service ever - never again
I can only agree the writers before. I believed as "Scholl" is a Name which stands for good Quality, that there cant't be anything going wrong with choosing.
I choose 2 pair, unfortunately one pair with a fault (which can happen). I contacted the Customer Service. First response: describe the fault- I answered. 2. Response: I don't understand the Problem, send pictures- I sent pictures. 3. Response: I cant see, what the Problem is, make a Video and send it. A Video to return a pair of shoes????? So I called the Customer Service- they told me, they can't even see my order and asked me, if I am sure, I bought my shoes over there Homepage. I have never before had a worse Customer Service. Never.

It was a nightmare
It was a nightmare. I ordered a pair of shoes believing it was from Scholl UK. In fact, it was a subsidiary based in Italy. The article has been returned in the hope to have a refund. As their customer service is one of the worst in Europe, I never received any instructions for this task. So, As a good customer, I used the shipper as them (UPS) and sent it to the address indicated on their website. Big mistake, it has becoming a saga and today I know I will never see again my GBP 89.00 paid. Morality of this story, always double-check that the seller is fully in the UK. In the same region, other people have been conned the same way. Company to flag.

Scholl shoes
After I placed an order with Scholl I decided to read reviews which were not good,my experience with my order was completely different ,took four days from start to finish to arrive,very pleased with my shoes,look lovely,feel so comfortable,so happy with my purchase

Terrible Customer Service
The same as most on this website leaving reviews. Dropped off shoes for UPS to collect to return only for the item to be returned to my home address as wrong paperwork. Had to post back through the post office which has now cost over £10 despite them taking £12 to return. I still have not had any communication from this site nor had a refund from them. Please do not order off this site as it is so stressful trying to get your refund (if you get one). No acknowledgment the shoes have even been received back to Italy and this was over a week ago. Wish I had read the reviews also before I ordered.

Same problem as many. Charge £12 to RETURN shoes after charging £9.90 to deliver shoes. Picked up by UPS. Paperwork missing. Been with UPS for 10 days now despite Scholl promising to send relevant documentation direct to UPS. I followed ALL instructions provided by SCHOLL. Customer service and help has been a disgrace. I’m still out of pocket and have no shoes and no refund. Poor Show.

Just wish I’d read the reviews before I purchased these sandals. Extremely uncomfortable to even considering wearing. Tried to generate a returns label even though it was going to cost £12. but I had to give up in the end it was virtually impossible. You’re supposed to return with a courier in my case UPS but there was to facility to arrange this. I’ve cut my losses and will never buy from this company again!

Excellent service again
I have been using Scholl shoes for many years, and in the last couple of years have been ordering online.
On 23 May 2022 I ordered two pairs of Amalfi Mules. I received daily emails updating the progress of the delivery and they provided a tracking number which I could check. Today 26 May 2022 the shoes were delivered by UPS to my house, at 11 a.m.
I consider that to be a perfect service and as the shoes were sent from Italy, the speed was better than some of the UK postal/courier services. I have never needed to return any of the shoes so I cannot comment on how their return service operates.

Returned my shoes over 5 weeks ago…
Returned my shoes over 5 weeks ago still no refund.
After numerous e mails getting nowhere so frustrating.
Shoes seem to be still at Stansted Airport despite being told they were on the way.
Would never order anything from this company again.
Expensive returns
The sandals I ordered from Scholl UK recently, but they were so uncomfortable they could not be worn.
They had to be returned to Italy at a cost of £9.60 using UPS.
I made copies of the forms supplied by Scholl, but UPS wanted their own form, duplicated, which I was not told about, UPS had to come back again.
The call centre was not helpful, and the whole process was expensive and stressful.
Never again.
I will stick to Pavers.

Nightmare returns
Returns have to sent to Italy which is costly. Scholl UK do not provide any support with preparing the commercial invoices needed to return goods to EU (due to Brexit). You'll be left out of pocket, unable to send returns and never wanting to buy from them again.

Very Poor Service
The sandals didn't fit. The returns / refund process is a complete nightmare from UK to Italy where they are based. Communications are slow and unclear, lots of emailing to get a response from them, endless forms to print, the courier they use is UPS (very difficult to arrange a collection, you will have to find a centre to drop off at). Even once sent, you will still have to wait a long time for a refund
